Photometric Analysis

Whether for indoor or outdoor applications, our photometric analysis plans show the footcandle levels on a point by point basis overlaid on your project’s site plan. Our lighting plans will help your new or existing parking lot, tennis court or building meet the approval of city or township lighting requirements. Here is a breakdown of our services and fees:

Basic Projects – $250 Minimum

Client Provides:

• Auto CAD Drawing – Size (Less than 10 Poles)
• Project Size 0 to 3 Acres
• Advise parameters of project.
• Lighting Criteria and Preferred Fixtures with IES Files

We Provide:

• 2D Design in 3 to 5 Business Days
• 2 Revisions
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

Intermediate Projects – $500

Client Provides:

• Auto CAD Drawing or PDF – Size (Less than 15 to 30 Poles) and up to 4 Revisions
• Project Size 3 to 15 Acres
• Advise parameters of project.
• Summary of lighting needs and preferences.

We Provide:

• 2D Design in 3 to 5 Business Days
• Up to 3 Revisions
• Project Size 16 to 50 Acres
• Assist choosing fixtures and getting municipal criteria
• Basic 3D model rendering to show light uniformity
• Spec Sheets for fixtures included in design
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

Advanced / Complex – $1000+

• Auto CAD Drawing or PDF – Size (100 poles or more)
• Unlimited Revisions
• Project Size 51 to 300+ Acres
• Assist choosing fixtures and getting municipal criteria
• Detailed 3D model rendering to show light uniformity and walk through of site via video.
• Spec Sheets for fixtures included in design
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

*We reserve the right to review project scope to determine appropriate level of services before starting the work. Payment in full is required before work work will be initiated.
